Ingredients

  • 2Tomato (pureed)
  • 1 Onion
  • 5-6 cloves Garlic
  • To tasteSalt
  • FewCurry leaves
  • As requiredOil
  • 1/4 tspMustard seeds
  • 1 tsp eachChilli, cumin, pepper, coriander powder
  • 2eggs
  • SomeChopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1-2green chillies (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan.Add curry leaves, mustard seeds and green chillies crackle it.

  2. 2

    Then add tomato puree and add all the dry masalas and saute well.

  3. 3

    Last add 2 eggs. Mix well again,till you get scramble consistency.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
