Ingredients

  1. 2Tomato (pureed)
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 5-6 cloves Garlic
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. FewCurry leaves
  6. As requiredOil
  7. 1/4 tspMustard seeds
  8. 1 tsp eachChilli, cumin, pepper, coriander powder
  9. 2eggs
  10. SomeChopped fresh coriander leaves
  11. 1-2green chillies (optional)

    Heat oil in a pan.Add curry leaves, mustard seeds and green chillies crackle it.

  2. 2

    Then add tomato puree and add all the dry masalas and saute well.

  3. 3

    Last add 2 eggs. Mix well again,till you get scramble consistency.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
