Ingredients

10-15mins
  1. 10-12big spinach leaves
  2. 4tbsppon gram flour or besan
  3. 1tbspoon rice flour
  4. Mint chutney
  5. Dates & tamarind chutney
  6. Pinchchaat masala
  7. Chilli powder
  8. Sweetened yogurt
  9. Sev & fresh coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix besan & rice flour together with water to form a semi thick batter.

  2. 2

    Add salt & turmeric powder to the batter.Give a good mix.

  3. 3

    Now Take washed spinach leaves & dip into the batter.Coat the spinach leaves nicely with the batter & deep fry them.Pakoras are ready.

  4. 4

    Assembling of chaat..arrange spinach pakodas in a plate as shown in the picture.Spread over mint chutney,dates chutney,chat masala,chilli powder & sweetened yogurt(whisk yogurt with salt,sugar & chat masala).Finally garnish with Sev,fresh coriander & pomegranate seeds.
