Steps

Grind the sweet corn kernels, salt, pepper and 2 green chillies to get a coarse paste. Tear and add 2 or 3 slices of bread to get a consistency so that balls can be formed.

Prepare balls, deep fry and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and red chillies. Saute a while. Then add sliced onions, green chillies and capsicum. Stir for a few minutes.

Now add schezwan sauce, Chilli sauce, red chilli powder, red food colouring, salt, veg stock cube, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Saute for a few minutes.

Now add the sweet corn balls and mix well. Also add the vinegar at this point.

Prepare a slurry of cornflour and water and add to this to get a well coated finish to the corn balls. Serve hot as it is or accompanied with fried rice.
