Parboil rice, wash, drain, put in a pot, add little salt, add water and boil until rice is soft and well cooked. Set aside!

Cut fish wash, sprinkle some salt and fry dry in hot vegetable oil. Set aside.

Pour vegetable oil in a pot, add the chopped onions, pepper and tomatoes and fry a little, add the chopped cabbage and spring onions, add some salt and seasoning cubes to taste. Stir together. Allow to fry for about 10 -15 mins. Put the fried fish and give one last stir.

Your cabbage stew is ready! Serve with rice! Enjoy!
