Wash and boil ur rice until soft

Cut ur vegetables add little salt and add hit water let it stay for like 10 mins then drain d water and wash well to avoid sand

Perboil ur fish with seasoning and salt then mashed them and set aside then put oil on fire and add onions let it fry Abit then add ur grated tomatoes and peppers let it fry well add ur mashed fish to it and give it a stir then asd ur perboiled vegetables into it and combine then together after 5mins it don ur veg.sauce is ready
