Take 500 gms cauliflower and grate it also grate 1inch ginger.

Take wheat flour in mixing bowl and add 1tbsp salt and 4-5 drops oil. Mix everything well now add water in small portion and Knead soft dough.Cover the dough and keep it aside 20 mints.

Meanwhile for the stuffing, place a pan and on the flame and pour two tsp oil into in it. When oil gets heated add cumin seeds then 1pinch asafoetida add garlic paste add onion and green chilli when onion colour changes add grated cauliflower and mix well add red chilli powder and coriander powder,turmeric powder salt and mix well cook for 2-3 mints and add fry mango powder gram masala and mix well. After 2-3 mins stuffing is also ready.

Dough is ready grease your hands apply some oil and Knead the dough pinch some dough and make a peda. Dust the peda with some flour and roll it out 3 to 4 inch diameter. Put 2 tbsp stuffing in it fold the edges of the dough and close the stuffing nicely. Flatten the dough ball with the some dry flour and again roll it out slightly thick 5-6 inch diameter paratha. Heat the tawa and pour some oil and spread it evenly then Paratha over it and let's it roast from beneath.

Once the Paratha gets roasted from beneath. Flip other side and apply some oil the top add some oil on the side as well, Roast in medium flame when brown spots appears both of side. Now Paratha is ready. Serve with dahi,chutney or pickle.
