Pasta with Chrysanthemum Greens, Tuna, and Tomato

♥ You can make pasta in a new way while keeping the classic unforgettable taste. This dish is very easy to make and looks very appealing.
♥ I prefer a milder seasoning, so feel free to adjust the amount of seasoning to your liking!

Steps
- 1
Chop the tomato and add wine and Parmesan cheese. Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
- 2
Add plenty of salt to hot water and boil the pasta (please follow the package instructions for boiling).
- 3
Use only a small handful of chrysanthemum greens. Cut into pieces about 2 inches long. Set aside a small amount on a separate plate for garnish at the end.
- 4
Take out half of the tuna from the can.
- 5
Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic (I use pre-crushed garlic sold in tubes in Japan).
- 6
Add the tuna.
- 7
Add the mixture from step 1 and stir well, then add the chrysanthemum greens. Season again with salt and pepper.
- 8
Add the boiled pasta to the pan and mix quickly.
- 9
Serve on a plate and garnish with the reserved chrysanthemum greens. It will look more appealing if you drizzle a few drops of olive oil around for decoration, making it look like a restaurant dish, right? 😉 Enjoy!😋
