Prepare the whole wheat dough and keep it aside. Grate the Mooli and keep aside.

Take a good amount of the Mooli stuffing and place it on one of the rolled dough. Sprinkle evenly one or two pinch of salt red chill, cover with the other rolled round and join the edges.

In the meantime heat the griddle roll the dough into size of a paratha.fry the mooli paratha on a hot Tava using oil.

The Mooli paratha should become golden and crisp from both sides. Make sure that the Mooli paratha edges are fried well. You can use spatula tobpress them. Well fried mili paratha will have some brown sports and might puff up ltl.

Serve the Mooli paratha hot with butter.
