Steps

Wash the raw fish with water.

Make the marination by mixing all the ingredients mentioned above in a bowl.

When the marinate is ready, add the fish in it.

Keep it aside for 2-3 hrs.

For cooking it, melt some butter and brush it on the base of air fryer or OTG.

Add fish and then brush some butter on fish.

Let it cook for 35 mins at 150 degree celsius.
