Ingredients

5 servings

1 packSpaghetti
1medium sized dried fish
Oil
Ground Scotch bonnet
Onion
Ground Garlic
Ground Ginger
Water
Seasoning

Steps

Heat oil in a pot,add spring onion and stir till golden brown

Add grounded scotch bonnet, garlic and ginger paste and stir for 5 minutes

Add in water,also add seasonings to taste and cover to boil

Wash the dried fish and use your hands to cut it into medium pieces,add into the pot and let it cook for 3 minutes

Finally add spaghetti and stir.Allow to cook then serve.
