Ingredients

20 minutes
4 persons
  1. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  2. 1 cupall purpose flour
  3. 4 tablespoonsmilk
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tablespoonghee
  7. For the Stuffing
  8. 1/2 cupchopped cauliflower
  9. 1/2 cupfrench beans
  10. 1/2 cupchopped carrots
  11. 1/2 cupchopped spring onion
  12. 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
  13. 1/2 cuppeas
  14. 2 tablespoonschopped onion
  15. 1 tablespoonchopped garlic
  16. 1 teaspoonchopped green chilli
  17. 1 teaspoongaram masala powder / whole spices powder
  18. 1 teaspoondried mango powder
  19. 4 tablespoonsgrated cheese
  20. 2 tablespoonsoil
  21. 2 tablespoonschopped coriander leaves
  22. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  23. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    For the dough.Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough using enough water. Keep aside.

    For the Stuffing,Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds crackle, add chopped garlic, onion and chilli. Saute on a medium flame for 1 minutes.

    Add all chopped veggies and fry on a medium flame for 5 minutes. While stirring occasionally.

    Now add the all spices powder, salt and mix well, cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

    Now divide the dough and roll round roti a little thick with a round cutter whatever size you want.

    Heat a tawa and cook the paratha with a little bit of oil.

    Assemble, Take 1 tablespoon veggie mixture spread over a little thick evenly Sandwich with another press a little even it out.

    Roll the sides in grated cheese.
