  • 200 gmslady's finger
  • 1large potato
  • 2 tbspmustard seed powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

    Heat oil and fry the potatoes thinly sliced

  2. 2

    Add lady's finger fry well and cover

  3. 3

    As it is soft add,salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Mix sugar and adjust salt

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice
