  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 tspsalt and turmeric
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead a soft dough with salt,sugar and oil mixed in flour

  2. 2

    Rest it for a while and knead again

  3. 3

    Now divide it into small portions

  4. 4

    Roll it into round shape and deep fry.

  5. 5

    Serve it with dum aloo or chana daal
