Steps

Boil the eggs and potatoes separately. Cool and peel off separately. Keep aside.

Mash the potatoes with salt. Slit the boiled eggs into two halves.

In a frying pan melt a little butter and fry the onions chopping them beforehand.

Add the minced chicken to the onions and fry till golden brown. Later add the boiled potatoes to the mixture adding sugar and salt as per taste. Remove the pan from fire.

In a separate bowl mix together grated cheese and paneer with sugar.

Take a piece of egg and cover the lower part with the chicken mixture.Place the cheese -paneer mixture on the top of the egg yolk.

Roll the lower part of the covered egg in cornflour. Sprinkle garlic flakes on top.

Repeat the process with the other egg pieces.

Now place the kebabs in a pre-heated tandoor. Grill till the kebabs become tender with the cheese mixture melting at the top. Serve hot.
