Wash and soak the rice 15 min. In a bowl add 5 cup of water and add bayleaf, choti elachi and bring 4-6 boil and remove it and add soak rice, salt, oil. Half cook the rice.drain the extra water and cool it.

In a pan add oil, jeera, onion, green chilli cook it till golden brown and add tomato cook it till tomato get soft then add dry masala and ghiya cook it till extra water get absorb.

When water get absorb switch off the gas and mix cook rice. Mix it properly. Add dhaniya leave.

Serve hot.
