Healthy protein balls

I made these protein balls for my husband as an post-gym snack so I added a scoop of his protein powder in it. But they would work perfectly fine if you want to make these without the protein powder as a mid-day snack.

I made these protein balls for my husband as an post-gym snack so I added a scoop of his protein powder in it. But they would work perfectly fine if you want to make these without the protein powder as a mid-day snack.

Mix almond flour, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Give it a good mix.

Preheat oven. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake it for 15 minutes at 180 C.

Once cooled, mix coconut powder, chocolate chips, protein powder and raisins in it.

Make balls from the mixture.
- 5
Keep them in the fridge to settle.
