Beat the egg in a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder. Stir well

Now add chopped onions, tomato, ginger and bell peppers to it and stir again

Add chopped 1 tbsp milk, green chilli and coriander leaves. Stir again as milk will help in making a fluffy omelette

Heat a pan and put oil

Pour the beaten egg mixture and let it cook

When one side is cooked nicely place the chapati on it and keep pressing with a ladle so that egg squeeze out and gets cooked well

Flip turn and cook on the other side too

Once done take it out in a plate and enjoy with ketchup and hot tea or coffee
