Wash two bowls of rice and separate the water

Take some oil in a cooker and add jeera, mustard seeds, finely chopped onions, salt and red chilli powder

Now add rice and green pees and keep the cooker for 15 to 20 minutes.

After two to three cooker whistles just take out the fried rice and serve it with dal or sabji
