Coconut Jaggery Gujiya

In the mixing bowl add maida, semolina, salt and hot oil mix and add water to make dough and keep aside.

Make Jaggery syrup add scrapped Coconut and mix,cook for 2 minutes. Allow to cool.

Knead the dough and make small portion and roll, flatten,fill Jaggery stuff seal properly and deep fry in hot oil or ghee till turns crisp and golden brown. Transfer to serving plate. Enjoy with holi festival guest.
