2potatoes finely chopped
250 gmbroccoli finely chopped
2tomato finely chopped
2 tspginger, garlic paste
as neededOil
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds crackle it then add tomato, ginger, garlic paste after 4-5min add all spices mix well cook again for 2 min.

Now add potatoes then potatoes till little soft add broccoli cook again till them both veggies are soft.

Serve with chappati.
