Ingredients

Serves 7-8 servings
  • Crust
  • 2 1/2 cupstype 2 flour (about 300 grams)
  • 1/3 cupextra virgin olive oil (about 70 grams)
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • 1/2 cupwater (about 120 ml)
  • Filling
  • 1 headbroccoli
  • 3/4 cupchickpea flour (about 100 grams)
  • 3sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3/4 cupwater (about 200 grams)
  • 1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper

Steps

    Make the crust by mixing the flour, olive oil, baking soda, and water until you have a smooth dough ball.

    Roll out the dough and place it in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

    Steam the broccoli for 10 minutes, then blend it with the chickpea flour, olive oil, spices, sun-dried tomatoes, and water. Spread the filling over the crust.

    Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
