Wash the palm fruit thoroughly with water. I boil the palm fruit 3 times, discarding the water each time it boils.

On the third boil, add the pandan leaves, granulated sugar, and salt. When the water has reduced a bit, add the coconut pandan syrup, leaving about 1/4 of the bottle unused. Wait until it boils.

Once it boils, turn off the heat and drain. You can refrigerate it to enjoy it cold and refreshing.
