  • 500 gboiled githeri
  • 3large onions
  • Salt
  • C/oil

    Boil potatoes with some salt until soft

  2. 2

    Add the cooked githeri drain excess water and mash

  3. 3

    Chop and fry the onions to transculent

  4. 4

    Add the onions in your mashed mix

  5. 5

    Mix in the onions

  6. 6

    Enjoy with any stew of choice
