Yee Mee

Yee Mee is my daughter's and my favourite dinner recipe. We make it and have it together. I like spicy one with Sriracha sauce but she have it plain. Yee Mee is not available in Pakistan, we brought it from Malaysia but you can use this recipe with other kind of Crunchy noodles too.

Steps

Dissolve a chicken powder in to water and bring it to boil.
- 2
Add Yee Mee Noodles, carrot and cabbage together, followed by salt, pepper and vinegar. Cover it for 2 mins.

Add green chilli and dish out in soup bowls.
- 4
Sprinkle the spring onion. If you want spicy, add Sriracha sauce and vinegar chillies for more taste. Enjoy:)
