  • Ginger
  • Mint
  • Black salt
  • Mustard seeds
  • Jeera powder
  • Asafoetida
  • Lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl crush green chilli,ginger and pudina.

  2. 2

    Add curd, water, Black salt, tempered mustard seeds and hing

  3. 3

    Later add jeera powder, lemon juice, water and mix well to buttermilk consistency.

  4. 4

    Serve with green Coriander(optional).
