Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/4 cupcoffee bean, coarse grind
  • 1 cansweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cupswhipping cream, cold
  • 2 tbsliquor, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine whipping cream and coffee bean, cover and let it steep for 12 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Strain the mixture to your mixing bowl, whisk it until soft peak. Do not overbeat.

  3. 3

    Mix in the milk and liquor if using, stir well.

  4. 4

    Transfer to container, freeze for a few hours or until frozen.
