Finally I found the perfect way to make this coffee ice cream from ground coffee, cold brew.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/4 cupcoffee bean, coarse grind
  2. 1 cansweetened condensed milk
  3. 2 cupswhipping cream, cold
  4. 2 tbsliquor, optional

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine whipping cream and coffee bean, cover and let it steep for 12 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

    Strain the mixture to your mixing bowl, whisk it until soft peak. Do not overbeat.

  3. 3

    Mix in the milk and liquor if using, stir well.

  4. 4

    Transfer to container, freeze for a few hours or until frozen.
