Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupWheat flour
  • 1/2 cupJowar flour
  • 1/2 cupMulti grain flour
  • 1/4 cupRice flour
  • as neededSpring onions finely chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • Pinchturmeric powder
  • 1Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspGarlic and ginger chopped
  • 3 tablespoonCoriander chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl

  2. 2

    Add very little water

  3. 3

    Or you may add buttermilk instead of water

  4. 4

    Rest the batter for 10mins

  5. 5

    Heat the tawa and make thick chillas

  6. 6

    Sprinkle oil

  7. 7

    And cook the chilla on both sides

  8. 8

    Serve hot with coriander chutney or ketchup

  9. 9

    Perfect for kids tiffin
