The BLT has been remade many times. This is my remake: named "T.A.B.L.E" after the way I construct it, as you will see...it is just an 'aide-mémoire' to help me make it just the way I like it, every time. I hope it helps you remember it, too! ;) Celeste -

Snackle box Sub/ sandwich bar Snackle box Sub/ sandwich bar
All ingredients are of choice, use what you have / what you like. Easy for subs or sandwiches , everything is all in one place easier to make subs or sandwiches. One of our favorites to make other than the salad bar one. Can use multiple containers one for vegetables and one for meats. I ran out of room on this one there, i still had banana peppers, lettuce, baby spinach, to use but not enough to use another container. In this one pictured I used: mushrooms, red onions, cucumber, black olives, ham, and turkey, lunchmeat, pepperoni and salami, tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, and provolone cheese. Some compartments have two things in them: the meats and cheeses . This is a great option for on the go to take somewhere or even food prep . We like to pick out of throughout the week for lunches and restock as needed. snackle time -

Reason for making this soup. It poured rain all night, rainy day. It came a cold front, comfort food on a cold wet day. I was hungry for some good meaty soup, satisfying a craving. Thus the soup was made!!! skunkmonkey101 -

Mike's SOS [s*** on a shingle] Mike's SOS [s*** on a shingle]
If you're US military, ex-military or even a military brat, you'll definitely remember what a SOS was. Well, all of us members and federal prisoners anyway. It was made with disgusting expired canned chipped beef that you had to rinse twice - or, browned half spoiled hamburger - outdated cans of cream of mushroom soup - mushy peas and a powdered milk gravy. If you were lucky, you'd get packets of brown gravy. With that, my daddy decided to seriously revamp that disappointing original version a long time ago. This was his super easy, uber delicious version of that dish. Great work students! MMOBRIEN -
Mike's Big Breakfast Nasty! Mike's Big Breakfast Nasty!
Oh so many options! These easy, delicious, super messy, massive, toasted breakfast bagels are lined with chilled tomatoes, topped with crispy fried meats or seafoods and incessantly drip with yolky poached eggy goodness! They're also smothered in a rich Hollandaise sauce and garnished with chilled chopped chives and Paprika. My students made 15 different versions of this breakfast sandwich and there wasn't a failure amongst them! Not even the two that used my frozen soft shell crabs. They simply dethawed - coated then deep fried them. They weren't much for pretty upon presentation but damn were they rich and delicious! So have fun with this super easy recipe! Goodness knows my students did! MMOBRIEN -
Mike's "50 Shades of HEY!" Ceviche Mike's "50 Shades of HEY!" Ceviche
Sure, she'll hurt ya but you're gonna love it!This spicy Ceviche was created for those who aren't exactly fond of raw seafood, even if cooked by citrus. All seafood is pre-steamed so it should tempt those who want to try it to partake. Serve this dish with crispy baguette slices or quality crackers. This recipe makes approximately a 9 to 10 pound party bowl. MMOBRIEN
