When you are craving for meetha, this is a quick and easy solution. A very famous and traditional sweet is Pakistan

In a wok heat ghee, and add in elachi, let it simmer for a while and add in siwayain broken into small pieces.

Let it cook in ghee for a while, then add sugar water and milk and cover the wok for 10 mins. Let the flame be medium not too high.

Once all the water is absorbed and siwayain has become soft. Its ready. Garnish with grated coconut. Serve hot and enjoy.
