  1. 6-7Boiled eggs
  2. 3onions
  3. 4-5green chillies
  4. 1 TspGinger garlic paste
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. Somecoriander leaves
  7. 1 Tspjeera powder
  8. 1 Tsppepper powder
  9. 1 TspTurmeric powder
  10. 1 Tspgaram masala
  11. As requiredOil
  12. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Blend onions and chillies to a fine paste

  2. 2

    In a pan,add the onion chilli paste and ginger garlic paste and cook for 5 mins in medium heat.

    Add milk to this and cook well. Add cumin powder pepper,turmeric powder and garam masala and cook the gravy for 2mins.

  4. 4

    Add the egg halves,cover the lid and cook for 2mins.slowly flip the eggs and cook well and garnish it with coriander leaves.
