Ingredients: 500 gm coconut paste; 400 gm sugar; 200 ml condensed milk; 5 sweet betel leaf; 2 Tbsp gulkand; 2 Tbsp chopped cashew nut; 2 Tsp kishmish / raisins; 1 Tsp chopped cherry; 2 Tbsp trutti frutti; 1 Tsp fennel; 1/2 Tsp fennel powder; 1 Pinch green food colour(optional)

#holisweets . Laddu is one of the most wanted dessert in holi. & mitha paan is used after A meal as A mouth refreshner. I mixed the both theme & made this beautiful laddu. It is delicious .

Ingredients

500 gmcoconut paste
400 gmsugar
200 mlcondensed milk

2 Tbspgulkand
2 Tbspchopped cashew nut
2 Tspkishmish / raisins
1 Tspchopped cherry
2 Tbsptrutti frutti
1 Tspfennel
1/2 Tspfennel powder
1 Pinchgreen food colour(optional)

Steps

Put coconut paste into A kadhai & heat it.

In A mixture grinder add condensed milk,betel leaf & grind it well.

In another pan add 1tsp ghee and heat it.

Add the chopped cashew nut, trutti frutti, cherry, kishmish and fennel seed. Stir it and add gulkand. Mix it well & turn off the gas.

Continue stir the coconut paste well until the water evaporate.

Then add the condensed milk mixture to the coconut paste.

Mix it well. Add A pinch green food colour(optional).

Add the sugar,fennel powder & mix it well.

When the mixture become sticky turn off the gas.

Take A portion from coconut mixture and stuff it with 1tsp with the stuffing.

Make A laddu(ball) from it.

Serve it.
