Steps

Wash and soak both daals and rice for four hours along with red chillies

Drain excess water and grind them into smooth paste. Add curry leaves,salt and asefotida and mix well.

Heat tawa and spread a laddle of batter in circular motion into slightly thick adai

Drizzle oil and cook until crisp on both sides.
- 5
Serve with coconut chutney or sambar.
