Cauliflower florets nicely sauted with tomatoes with some Indian spices. This recipeis served with chapati as well as rice.
Steps

In a cooking pan, add 8 tsp of Oil and allow it to heat nicely.

Then add ½ tsp of Mustard Seeds (Rai), ½ tsp of Cumin Seeds (Jeera), ¼ tsp of Asafoetida (Hing), 3 cup of washed Cauliflower Florets and sauté for 2 to 3 Min.

Now add ¾ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, ¼ tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi), ¾ tsp of Coriander Powder, ½ tsp of Garam Masala, ½ tsp of Onion Garlic Masala (Optional) and sauté for more 1 min.

Then add ½ tsp of Salt, 1 cup of chopped Tomatoes, ¼ cup of Water and give a nice mix.

Cover the lid and simmer on low flame for 15 Min.

After 15 Min, lastly add 1 tsp of chopped fresh Coriander Leaves and mix well.

Gobi Tomato Sabzi is now ready to serve with Chapati and garnish with Coriander Leaves.
