Peel the boiled potatoes and cut it. Heat the oil in the pan and fry it with cumin seeds. After that, roast the hing, green chilies and ginger in oil.

Now add chopped potatoes in this prepared spice and run for 1 minute. After this, mix turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchoor powder and salt in the vegetable mix thoroughly.

Fry spicy potato for 5 minutes on medium flame. Stir the potatoes in between. As soon as it starts to turn brown, turn off the gas and serve it with hot parathas or roti.
