Ingredients

  • 400 gmsself raising flour
  • 200 gmsmargarine
  • 150 gmssugar
  • 3-4eggs
  • 1/2-1 cupMala milk or Fresh
  • 1Orange fruit...Zest n juice
  • 1Orange oil/ Essence
  • 2tsps blueberry essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Assemble all your stuffs...both ingredients n equipments.

  2. 2

    Grease n dust your baking tin.

  3. 3

    Pre heat your oven at 170 degrees.

  4. 4

    Weigh all your ingredients n set aside.

  5. 5

    Sieve your flour n set aside.

  6. 6

    In a mixing bowl, add margarine n whisk abit to soften it, Add sugar n cream together till both turn pale.

  7. 7

    Add eggs one at a time as u whisk.

  8. 8

    Add abit of milk...either mala or fresh...

  9. 9

    Fold in your flour alternating with milk. Be gentle...

  10. 10

    Add in your grated orange zest n its juice. Add also your blueberry flavour. Fold in well n avoid over folding it.

    Pour your batter in your baking tin.

  12. 12

    Bake at 170- 180 degrees for 45-50 mins or until a skewer inserted at the centre comes out dry.

  13. 13

    Remove it once baked.

    As u cool it, prepare your batter cream. 50 gms margarine to 100 gms icing sugar.

  15. 15

    Whisk the margarine alone till it turns almost white. Add icing sugar, whisk well. Add 1 tsp orange oil to your batter cream.

  16. 16

    Apply the cream once or twice on your cooled cake. Chill it abit after 1st coat then continue. Serve when ready n Enjoy.
