Steps

Cut the yam in small sizes and boil it until smooth, then grind red pepper and hot pepper, dice onion and keep aside

Mash the boiled yam and fry the ground hot pepper and red pepper with onion, add seasonings and spices(shallow frying) then pour it in the mashed boiled yam and stir
- 3
Beat the eggs in a bowl and mold the mashed yam like balls, soak it into the egg and fry until it appears golden brown as seen above
