Steps

Take all ingredients like onion slices,garlic cloves,ginger,green chillies and tomato.

Blend well and prepare smooth paste. In the paste mix some red chilli podwer, turmeric powder,coriander powder and garam masal powder.

Another plate take. Some bay leaves, 2 cardamom, some mace, black cardamom and dry kasuri methi. Take some oil in pressure cooker, fry Hard spices for 10sec then add mutton to fry at least 2-3 min.

Now keep the mutton outside the bowl, fry finely chopped onion till golden colour. Now add onion paste with ginger garlic and all spices.

Continuesly stire the spices..when oil is separated then add mutton and stire at least 1min. Now add water and salt acc to need. And mutton curry is ready. Serve with chapati,rice and salad.
