This recipe come with my two fav dish rasmalai and thandai...I took a part in competition and I served this recipe to judges and I won..at that time.. I make this recipe for 1st time. So I love to share this recipe with you on this Holi...as we all drink thandai ..now we eat thandai rolls. Dear guys u all love this recipe

For covering: grate fresh paneer. Mix maida and saffron, yellow colour. Churn it in grinder till mixture turns smooth.

Knead it properly. In dhokla thali, grease with ghee. Spread paneer mixture like thin roti. Steam it in steamer for 5 to 7 minutes. Let it cool.

For filling: mix all the ingredients of filling. Set aside.

For Rabdi: mix all ingredients of Rabdi. Let it cool in fridge.

For assembling: make strip cut on steamed paneer. Centre it with filling. Roll it properly. In serving bowl or plate, pour 1/4 portion of Rabdi. Set paneer rolls on it. Pour remaining Rabdi on it Garnish with Dryfruits and cardamom powder. Let it stay in fridge for 5 to 6 hours. Serve chilled.
