Ingredients

60 minutes
7 to 8 pieces
  1. 200 gmsoft and fresh paneer
  2. 1 tbspmaida / all purpose flour
  3. 1/2 tspyellow colour (optional)
  4. For Rabdi
  5. 1/2 cupfull fat milk
  6. 1/2 cupcream
  7. 3 tbspmilkmaid
  8. 3 tbspthandai syrup
  9. 2 tbspDryfruits (half crushed)
  10. 1 tspcardamom powder
  11. For filling
  12. 3 tbspgrated khoya/ mawa
  13. 2 tbsppaneer grated
  14. 2 tbspDryfruits (half crushed)
  15. 1 tspcardamom powder
  16. 2 tbspthandai syrup

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    For covering: grate fresh paneer. Mix maida and saffron, yellow colour. Churn it in grinder till mixture turns smooth.

  2. 2

    Knead it properly. In dhokla thali, grease with ghee. Spread paneer mixture like thin roti. Steam it in steamer for 5 to 7 minutes. Let it cool.

  3. 3

    For filling: mix all the ingredients of filling. Set aside.

  4. 4

    For Rabdi: mix all ingredients of Rabdi. Let it cool in fridge.

  5. 5

    For assembling: make strip cut on steamed paneer. Centre it with filling. Roll it properly. In serving bowl or plate, pour 1/4 portion of Rabdi. Set paneer rolls on it. Pour remaining Rabdi on it Garnish with Dryfruits and cardamom powder. Let it stay in fridge for 5 to 6 hours. Serve chilled.
