Ingredients

15 minutes
4 burgers
  • 5yellow tofu or any firm tofu
  • 2garlics, smashed and chopped finely
  • 1spring onion, thinly slice
  • 1egg
  • 3 tbspflour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • cubeChicken
  • Oil for frying
  • Veggies of your choice
  • Sauce of your choice

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Add everything in a bowl. Mix them well.

  2. 2

    Taste test.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in a frying pan.

  4. 4

    Shape the the mixture into burgers.

  5. 5

    Then fry them on both sides until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve with your favourite sauce and veggies.
