Ingredients. I prefer cooked moong dal.

Par-Boil cook veegies

In a pan add oil and panch phoran and let it crackle. Add crushed garlic and green chillies and saute. Add chopped palak and cook with lid with gap(to maintain colour) for 5 mins

Add dal,salt, veggies and cook for 10 mins. Ready to serve hot with rice..
