Prepare all the ingredients,heat up vegetable oil fry onion,green pepper,red pepper,ginger,garlic,salt,curry,green peas,spring onion amd sweet corn.stir fry for 2minus and bring down from heat.

Boil the parboiled rice with chicken stock add curry,thyme and salt after 5minutes mix with the stir fried vegetable stir and heat up for 2minutes
