Steps

Wash 3 cup poha and leave it for 10 minutes.

Take a pan add 2 tabelspoon oil and add mustard, peanut,curry patta,chilli and ani seed and leave it on low flame

Add all ingredients in poha and mix it well

Take water in a pan and boil it and put poha on it and put lid on it. Leave for 15 min.

Serve poha in dish and add lemon, onion, kismish,coriander and aloo sev on it. It's soo tasty.
