Ingredients

  1. 30 gmmoong dal(soaked 4 hours and grinded)
  2. 300 gmghee
  3. 300 gmsugar
  4. 250 gmkhoya
  5. 3-4cardamom
  6. 4 stripskesar
  7. some almonds chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In a frying pan heat ghee.then fry the grinded dal in low heat for half hour.

    Now slowly add little amount of khoya and fry for 10 mins.keep it aside.

    Heat 1 glass of water in kadhai.add sugar and make sugar syrup.add kesar and elaichi

    Now add halwa mixture to the sugar syrup and now mix it well and cook it for 2 mins

    Your halwa is ready.garnish with almonds and enjoy with pakodi....
