Steps

Chop Vegetables, wash and steam.

Blend scotch bonnet together with onions and keep aside. Beat eggs and keep aside

In a nonstick pan add a little bit of oil, pour in ground onion/pepper and turn.

Add steamed vegetables, pour in the egg and allow it to fry.

Turn the sauce, add seasoning and remove from heat. Serve with any food of your choice.
