Ingredients

25-30 min
2 servings
  1. 3 tbspChopped spinach
  2. 4 tbspChopped broccoli
  3. 4 tbspCrumbled cottage cheese
  4. 1 mediumChopped onion
  5. 1 tspChopped green chillies
  6. 2 tspChopped garlic
  7. 2 tbspRoasted oats
  8. 3 tspOil

Steps

25-30 min
  1. 1

    Heat a pan along with oil, add chopped onions,garlic,and chopped green chillies and saute on a medium flame for 1-2 min

  2. 2

    Add chopped broccoli,spinach, salt and fry on a medium flame for 3-4min.

  3. 3

    Remove from the flame and take into a bowl. Allow it to cool.

  4. 4

    Add oats,paneer and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape them into small Tikkis.

  6. 6

    Shallow fry them both sides on medium flame.

  7. 7

    Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
