Spinach, broccoli ,paneer tikki is a healthy and delicious snack recipe.
Steps

Heat a pan along with oil, add chopped onions,garlic,and chopped green chillies and saute on a medium flame for 1-2 min

Add chopped broccoli,spinach, salt and fry on a medium flame for 3-4min.

Remove from the flame and take into a bowl. Allow it to cool.

Add oats,paneer and mix it well.

Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape them into small Tikkis.
- 6
Shallow fry them both sides on medium flame.
- 7
Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
