Wash rice properly. Heat oil, add onion, cook onion till the colour changes to dark brown. Now at this moment, add red chilli powder and a 1/4 cup of water.

Now water come to boil, add rice, salt and mix it properly, now add water.

Now cook the rice, when water reduce completely, add this you cover the rice with lid and cook the rice for 5 min. Rice is ready.

Rice is ready to serve. We can serve like this.
