Soak the tamarind in water. Mash it and remove it's seeds and keep it aside

Clean the grapes, cut the mango and pineapple into small pieces and keep aside

Heat a pan with oil and put some saunf into it. Once it crackles add the mango and pineapple into it and let it cook.

Once it is soft, add the tamarind pulp with water and let it cook for few minutes

Add the grapes into it and cook for 2 minutes. Add sugar and mix well
- 6
Add saunf powder from top and remove. Serve the chutney on lunch and enjoy
